Meeting notes that actually get actioned
The meeting was useful - the follow-up is what fell through. Upload the recording and get structured notes with the action items pulled out and ready to assign.
Everyone records meetings now; almost no one goes back to the recording. TalkScribe closes that gap: upload the file (up to 2 hours) and get a timestamped transcript plus a summary and extracted action items. The hour-long sync becomes a half-page of decisions and next steps you can paste into your task tracker.
It is equally useful solo: dictate your post-meeting debrief in two minutes while the context is fresh, and let the AI structure it. Client calls, performance reviews, standups - anywhere words turn into commitments, TalkScribe makes sure the commitments get written down.

Common questions
Does TalkScribe join my Zoom or Teams calls?
Not yet - live meeting integrations are on the roadmap. Today you upload the recording afterwards, or record in-room audio directly in the browser.
Can my whole team use one account?
Team workspaces with member roles and admin controls are in private beta on the Business plan. Until then, individual Pro accounts work well side by side.
Are meeting recordings kept after transcription?
No. Uploaded files are held in encrypted storage only as long as transcription takes, then deleted automatically. Transcripts are saved only if you opt in.
